There seems to be no option to set JVM OPTS for JobHistoryServer. One of the
common setting is having Xmx value passed to it. As of now it can be done only
via JVM_OPTS or HADOOP_CLIENT_OPTS. It would be good to have something specific
for JobHistoryServer
