Hadoop pipes does not work Windows right now. I debugged this a little when
investigating the unit test TestPipeApplication failure on Windows.
Hadoop pipes use {{TaskLog.buildCommandLine()}} to construct a command line for
running the task JVM. The command line from this method does not work on
Windows.
After changing this method to get a working command line, the next error I got
was an EOF IO exception in {{Application.waitForAuthentication()}}. I haven't
got the chance to root cause the exception.
