Thanks Arun/Subru for working on this. +1 (non-binding) - Deployed RM HA on two nodes - Tested manual failover - Tested configuration mutation API with zk and leveldb backing store (also ensuring configuration updates persisted on failover/restart), with queue addition/removal/update - Tested "yarn rmadmin -refreshQueues" enabled when configuration mutation API disabled (and vice-versa) - Tested queue admin configuration mutation policy
