* Verified src tarball and bin tarball, verified md5 of each.
* Build source with -Pdist,native
* Started a pseudo cluster
* Run ec -listPolicies / -getPolicy / -setPolicy on /  , and run hdfs
dfs put/get/cat on "/" with XOR-2-1 policy.
