The current motivation is to allow administrator to have look at the
configuration , as errors in configuration have evaded detection for long. The
description field would add more verbosity to the information.
The idea here is that adminitrators would use this json dump format and would
write there own validators. Not sure if description would be of much use in
those scenarios.
