Fix For: 0.21.0
HADOOP-2838 added mapred.child.env to allow users to set the map/reduce tasks'
environment.
MAPREDUCE-478 will break that into mapred.map.child.env and
mapred.reduce.child.env. We need to add documentation (forrest) for these knobs.
