This is an incompatible change. It removed a public API
{{FileOutputFormat::getDefaultWorkFile(TaskAttemptContext,String)}}. The
javadoc for the new method is also wrong. It also removes a protected API in
{{SequenceFileOutputFormat}}.
Are some changes enhancements to MultipleOutputs outside of upgrading it to use
the new API? If so, they should be part of a separate issue.
