Currently, JobHistory schema is specified in o.a.h.m.jobhistory.Event.avpr, it
requires some guess work for me to understand the meaning of various records.
Also, it would be nice to spec out the dependency among the events. This would
make tools like rumen more dependable to parse job history logs.
