Had an offline discussion with Sreekanth. There were couple of comments to
assert after getting an existing queue in {{TestJobQueueClient.testGetQueue()}}
and checking for {{jobQueueInfo}} object being null after {{getQueueInfo()}} is
called.
Uploading patch with these changes done.
