JobQueueInfo was changed in a backward incompatible manner by other patches as
noted
[here|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-1082?focusedCommentId=12776918&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#action_12776918].
This patch should also address this.
