I think we are assuming a lot of people use queues and queue ACLs. How true is
that ? The default scheduler and the fair scheduler don't support queues. Isn't
that a lot of users ? Wouldn't it mean they'd simply ignore queue ACLs and then
job ACLs actually work fine, as documented ?
