Tom, MAPREDUCE-1404 didn't talk about commands_manual.xml at all. But for the
sake of getting 0.21 release going, I guess we can move it to common there for
now. Long term, I still feel we should split things up.
So +1 for moving it from mapred into common for now. But can you do that in
another JIRA so that we can use this one for the split effort in future? Thanks!
