Fixes event generation based on transitions.
*FinishedEvents used for successful jobs/tasks. Unsuccessful/Failed events used
for the rest.
Fixed several missing fields - task startTime, splitLocations, incorrect

Marked what is pending with TODOs -> shuffleFinishTime, etc which will be fixed
along with changes to TaskAttemptStatus
