job-file is a mapreduce only concept. So we should add this link to
ApplicationMaster UI
(mr-client/hadoop-mapreduce-client-app/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/mapreduce/v2/app/webapp/)
and the history UI
(mr-client/hadoop-mapreduce-client-hs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/mapreduce/v2/hs/webapp/).
