There are a couple of details missing/incorrect on the job -status command line
output for completed jobs:
1. Incorrect job file
2. map() completion is always 0
3. reduce() completion is always set to 0
4. history URL is empty
5. Missing launched map tasks
6. Missing launched reduce tasks
