Attaching a new version of the patch rebased on trunk and based off of the
latest MAPREDUCE-2675 patch. This patch also includes some new tests to verify
that the new pages render, sort of. The tests are kind of crummy because they
don't actually do too much. This is because they are copied from the MR app
master tests that also need something better so I am going to file another JIRA
to update the tests.
