Patch attached.
* Removes mapred/bin and it's various references in the build and other
scripts. NB: MRApps used bin/mapred to get the classpath though I don't think
it's actually necessary (and TestMrApp passed after its removal)
* Removes the contrib schedulers and mumak
* Removes references to the above in the docs
