On Trunk, there are 2 new warnings in LocalContainerAllocator.java. Not sure 
why these didn't show up in the test-patch output for branch.0.23.

There wee already 2 of these in LocalContainerAllocator.java, and since I added 
2 new event calls, it makes sense that the 2 new ones would show up:
