Patch does the following
- Moves some log components (webapp, AggregatedLogFormat, LogAggregationUtils)
and ApplicationACLsManager into yarn-common.
- Removed aggregation file name functionality from LogAggregationService into
LogAggregationUtils.
- mr-client-core no longer depends on yarn-server-nodemanager.
The LogHandlers and events are still part of the NodeManager - they don't need
to move out.
