The various yarn shell scripts assume that JAVA_HOME, HADOOP_COMMON_HOME,
YARN_CONFIG_DIR etc are all in directories without spaces. This likely to break
on windows, where JAVA_HOME is often C:\Program Files\Java
They all need reviewing, and ideally testing on a machine that has everything
installed into directories with spaces.
