bq.-1 javac. The applied patch generated 1818 javac compiler warnings (more 
than the trunk's current 1817 warnings).

It is due to the deprecated MiniDFSCluster used in new test added for 
TestFileInputFormat.

bq. -1 findbugs. The patch appears to introduce 12 new Findbugs (version 1.3.9) 
warnings.

These warnings are not introduced by this patch.
