In 1.0.0, DefaultTaskController passes the string returned by
TaskController.writeCommand to the shell. For this to work on Windows, the
path needs to be passed through FileUtil.makeShellPath to convert it into a
cygwin path, which also requires backslashes instead of forward slashes.
