The conf files in the dist tar's share/hadoop/common/templates/conf/ directory
are very MR1-centric. For example, they set many JobTracker parameters, and
there's no yarn-site included. the {{etc/hadoop}} directory in the dist tar
does have a {{yarn-site}} file, but is missing {{mapred-site}}.
