Almost a complete clean up. I didn't touch JobConf (There are too many changes
here, I'll do it later as another subtask), JobClient (Couldn't yet figure out
how to switch to Token#renew from existing deprecated calls) and a couple of
non-inheritance warnings in some client API packages that need a ticket of
their own. I'll create their tickets after this is reviewed (when I revisit).
