Hi Todd,
Arun gave -1 because he was in impression that I m trying to restore the state
however when I explained it is not restore it is resubmit then he was OK.
What Arun told me more or less the patch is the same in HDP but one bug fix
which he did.
I will update the patch based on Tom's comment.
Arun can you also put the bug fix which you did ?
