Hadoop Spring support is basic. It does not go into such details. It wraps
existing functionality in Spring. If there is no setblocksize in hadoop core,
there will not be in spring wrapper.
I use set blocksize often and adding it into core would be usefull for me
because i do not have to remember its configuration keyword.
