There is no need to combine the js files, as these requests should be a
fraction of the that 8 seconds and mostly cached. Can you post the entire
profile of the request? I recall that you said on YARN-151, 20k rows only takes
1 second to render with deferred rendering.
BTW, git apply <patch> would work.
