Sandy, the changes introduced by this patch in JobHistoryEventHandler - to
throw an exception if the event type is not handled explicitly - breaks
JobHistory. There's similar changes in other parts of the code as well. Did you
happen to run through the code to ensure that throwing exceptions is the
correct behaviour ?
