Sorry about that.  It looks like TestChainMapReduce and TestLineRecordReader 
were broken by no longer setting all local jobs to have one mapper.  
TestClientProtocolProviderImpls was using the the mapreduce.jobtracker.address 
config that the patch took out.

Uploading an addendum patch that fixes these.
