bq. CopyListing class has a static factory method getCopyListing(). We should
make the factory method configuration based, sothat users can plugin the custom
CopyListing without extending the Tool itself.
[~amareshwari] Great suggestion but could be another jira since the scope of
this jira is enabling a simple extension point which can be enhanced further.
