I filed MAPREDUCE-5103 to clean up QueueManager and JobEndNotifier code, and
MAPREDUCE-5104 to take care of CleanupQueue.
Does anyone feel strongly about TaskLog? it seems to only be used by pipes, and
perhaps should be moved over to the pipes code. But I don't really know.
