Thanks, Ashwin. I think it looks great except for one last thing: we need to
mark the PB classes as {{@Private}}. The {{@LimitedPrivate}} was dropped from
HSAdminRefreshProtocolPB but {{@Private}} wasn't put in its place, and we
should mark the other *PB classes as private so its clear that although they
are public classes they are not intended for use outside of
hadoop-mapreduce-client.
