There's no corresponding sub-task under YARN-1336 since these are changes
specific to the ShuffleHandler in MapReduce. Since JIRA doesn't let us mark
this as a subtask of a different JIRA project, I think it's best to mark it as
related and leave it for tracking the MapReduce-specific changes. Alternate
suggestions for tracking the MR-specific changes related to YARN-1336?
