I apologize for my delay. Updated on current trunk based on [~kkambatl]'s
comment.
1. TaskReporter and Reporter problem: Changed to use TaskReporter on
{Map,Reduce}Task side, and use Reporter on Shuffle Plugin side.
2. To cast unconditionally on MergeManagerImpl, put a condition to check
whether Reporeter.NULL is passed.
