Patch looks good, I just have a minor comment. Rather than add dumpThreads to
ContainerLauncherEvent there should be a ContainerRemoteCleanupEvent to hold
the fields specific to the cleanup event, just like there's a
ContainerRemoteLaunchEvent to hold the fields specific to the remote launch
event.
