I'm thinking that we should not default the current JHS stack immediately, as
it may break existing users. We can gradually deprecate it given JHS on the
timeline server becomes stable. What we can do now is to have a configure to
switch between HDFS backup or timeline server backup. If the user configure to
use the timeline server as the data source, he is supposed to start the
timeline server.
