One minor nit (i can take care of it when committing), in
{{JObSubmitter.java#copyAndConfigureFiles()}} javadoc, line 295 no needed
change.
[~chris.douglas], I believe all your suggestions/concerns have been addressed.
Do you want to do a new pass on the patch?
