This patch
# moves "hadoop job", "hadoop pipes", "hadoop queue" to MapredCommands.vm
# removes old command reference of "hadoop distcp" and "hadoop archives" and
adds link to each document
# adds "mapred hsadmin" command reference
This patch doesn't remove MRv1 specific commands reference such as "hadoop
jobtracker" and "hadoop tasktracker". Removing the references is being done in
MAPREDUCE-5942.
