"./hadoop-mapreduce-project/INSTALL" has become stale. The document shows
* svn as SCM, now we use git
* ant to compile hadoop-mapreduce-examples
The document should be updated to link BUILDING.txt and web docs.

I prefer to remove the document rather than to update it. Users can read
BUILDING.txt and Single Cluster Setup doc for installing Hadoop instead of
reading INSTALL.
