Thanks for following up, Allen and Avner. I was under the impression that it
was common practice to have a client configuration to submit jobs.
Marking this unassigned so someone else can work on it.
[~avnerb] - not sure if it is straight-forward to let the AMs talk to RM on all
interfaces. IIUC, the AM will talk to either the primary interface (hostname)
or a specified interface.
