TimelineServicePerformanceV2 looks much better. I still have one question.
{{System.runFinalization();}} is borrowed from YARN-2556, but is it any reason
why we need to invoke object finalization explicitly here? Will it cause some
performance impact?
BTW, YARN side change is not necessary after YARN-3390.
