Patch v.3 posted.
I addressed most of the checkstyle issues. I left 2 issues still in
FileSystemWriterImpl (one with the number of arguments in a method and the
other with TODO's). I don't think these are trivial/urgent issues.
Regarding the unit test failure, it is real and probably introduced (or
uncovered) as part of YARN-3562. I have a fix, and I'll file a separate YARN
JIRA to address it as it is not related to this patch.
