Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change
Release Note:
There is a typo in the event string "WORKFLOW_ID" (as "WORKLFOW_ID"). The
branch-2 change will publish both event strings.
The trunk solution will be an incompatible change going forward, with only the
correctly spelled string.
