Fix Version/s: 2.6.1
Added this to 2.6.1 as a dependency for MAPREDUCE-6238.
Pulled this into 2.6.1, the patch had conflicts in Job.java and
JobSumitter.java which I fixed.
Ran compilation before the push. Patch applied cleanly.
