YARN-5870 introduced the following line:

{code}
      conf.setInt("yarn.cluster.max-application-priority", 10);
{code}

It should instead be:

{code}
      conf.setInt(YarnConfiguration.MAX_CLUSTER_LEVEL_APPLICATION_PRIORITY, 10);
{code}
