Thanks for the comments.
I have remove one un-necessary null check for
{code}
private Map<JobID, ClientServiceDelegate> cache =
new HashMap<JobID, ClientServiceDelegate>();
{code} in ClientCache.java
And set fields to null initially for the un-final variables.
Attached a new patch for this.
