Posted patch v.1.
The test main class is now merged into {{TimelineServicePerformance}}. Also
moved all v2-specific classes to the same package (o.a.h.mapreduce). The diff
is somewhat hard to read because some classes and code were moved. Let me know
if you want me to add more details to aid your review.
