[~shyam_gav] thank you for updating. MR_DBOUTPUTFORMAT_BATCH_SIZE is
DBInputFormat specific configuration. Please add the configuraition to
MR_DBOUTPUTFORMAT_BATCH_SIZE instead of MRJobConfig. After addressing the
comment, could you attach the patch to jira?
