[~kasha] In what ways do you see the defaults are handled differently. I can
only see the default of COMPLETED_MAPS_FOR_REDUCE_SLOWSTART is declared in
RMContainerAllocator.java, rather than MRJobConfig as others. Do you mean we
need to move the default to MRJobConfig?
