Checking for a specific exception would fix this particular instance, but I
think we should fix the larger issue of subtasks tearing down the AM
unexpectedly and therefore losing history. There's already a config property
we can check to see if the task is running in uber mode,
{{mapreduce.task.uberized}}. {{Task}} can pass that flag to the
{{TaskReporter}} when it starts up so the reporter knows whether it should call
{{System.exit}} when errors occur.
